Kryssy Kocktail was a loner who dreamed of running away from her troubled family to join the circus. Now she eats fire, lays on a bed of nails and sits on an electric chair as a performer in the Coney Island Circus Sideshow in Brooklyn, NY. In realizing one dream, she discovers another: to be a part of a family.

Wow. What an amazing story about an amazing woman / mother / family. Very personal, honest, and very inspiring. Beautifully shot, I wish this was longer. Can we get a sequal?

I love this. I'm not sure exactly what it is about it but I've watched it three times now and it doesn't get old. Krissy is such a compelling character and it's so beautifully shot. Great work! Very touching!

I stopped by to see what kind of work can be done with the 5D Mark II, and I'm inspired -- not by the camera, which is obviously great, but by this wonderfully executed and moving documentary. I loved the way it moved and flowed, mixing video and stills with the background sounds, and always well crafted. Thank you, and keep it up.

Very moving video of somebody who is not only talented, stunning and has two beautiful kids but also copes admirably with a husband who is as smart as he is attractive (not very)... If/when I ever make it over to the US, I'll make a point of coming to watch you stare death in the face ;-)
